• Gevatex OÜ is a sewing company, founded in 1996 and fully owned by domestic capital.
• Since the very beginning we have operated as subcontractors for different companies from Scandinavian and EU countries. We have been enjoying excellent commercial relations with many of them to this day and our production volumes have grown from year to year.
• Gevatex OÜ specializes in the production of various kinds of bags, ranging from fashion & design bags to various medical bags, backpacks, military bags, tool bags etc, as well as technical textile items from heavy fabrics and home textile products.
• Our average capacity is up to 2,000 items per week, i.e. 8,000 to 10,000 items per month, depending on product complexity and the batch size. Capacity can be expanded when needed.
• Our basic materials are cotton, cotton/synthetic blends, polyester (PES), nylon (PA) and polypropylene (PP) fabrics.
• We have qualified workers and all necessary modern sewing equipment to enable us to maintain high-quality production. All of our finished products undergo multistage quality checks.
• Gevatex OÜ has developed an efficient organizational structure that includes management, design and patternmaking, marketing and logistics.
• Our suppliers of materials and accessories are companies from Estonia and the EU countries, with whom we have had close working relationships already for a long time.
• Gevatex Llc is a member of Estonian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Estonian Clothing & Textile Association.
